RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Doll in store or online. Exchanges or store credits are only within 14 days. No cash or credit refunds. We offer store credit for eligible items within 14 days for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, free of perfume/fragrance, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Should the item/s show signs of wear, missing tags, damage or have been altered you will be contacted and the item/s will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit should the item/s not meet our return requirements. Original shipping charges are not applicable for store credit or refund. 

Please be careful of make-up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. For shoes, please try them on carpet only. If there are scuffs we cannot exchange or offer store credit. No returns or exchanges on sale items, discounted items, jewelry, accessories, bath & body, perfumes and lingerie/intimates. All sales are final.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

For store credits or exchanges please email debbie@shopdolloc.com for a shipping label that will be deducted from your store credit or ship the order back yourself to Doll, 270 E. 17th St., Suite 5, CA 92627.

SHIPPING

Our shipping department operates M-F 9am-3pm (PST) and is closed for all US holidays. Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your order date. Order confirmation and tracking details will be emailed to you after your order has been fulfilled.

To ensure delivery, a signature will be required for packages over $300. Please consider shipping to an alternate address where someone will be available to sign. Otherwise your package will be available for pick up at your local postal office if no one is available to sign.
